1. CODE OF CONDUCT
Weights must be re-racked. Harassment of other members or staff will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
2. LIABILITY
High-intensity strength training involves inherent risks. By signing up, you acknowledge you are physically capable of performing the movements and assume all liability for injuries.
